Acid Electrolyte Replacer for horses due to heavy sweating

Product Description
Pottie's Ultralyte is an acid electrolyte mix to buffer alkalosis caused by heavy sweating. Ultralyte is specially formulated for horses doing moderate exercise over a long period of time, such as eventers, show jumpers, dressage, trail, pacers, or for horses hat sweat heavily, are easily fatigued, or working under hot humid conditions.

Use Ultralyte to achieve proper electrolyte balance, which is essential to peak performance and the balance of the body system.

An acid electrolyte, which counteracts alkalosis -alkaline build up in the muscles. Encourages drinking of water to prevent dehydration. Registered medicine with correct levels of electrolytes and no filling agents. For pacers, endurance horses, eventers, show horses or general performance horses. Horse that loose large amounts of sweat during exercise or travelling Horse who get thick winded, excitable or easily fatigued. Horses exercising in hot or humid conditions

Replaces salts lost due to heavy sweating and will aid in the treatment of alkalosis and hypochloraemia in horses.

Storage
Store below 30oC (Room temperature) in a dry place away from light. Reseal immediately after use. 

Directions for Use
Ensure an adequate supply of drinking water is accessible. To replace lost salts, mix 30 grams of Ultralyte into the horses feed daily. This dose could be administered as one scoopful in each of the morning and night feeds. Alternatively, the dose can be mixed into drinking water or administered as a drench. In the treatment of alkalosis the dosage may be increased as directed by a veterinarian.
